T25 workout

  Today I tried out the T25 workout and it was amazing. It's Just 25 minutes long and you see fast results everyday. Just by doing the first workout lost 2 lbs, how crazy is that. I believe if you are overweight and want to lose it T25 is perfect for you. You see more and faster results with this program then you would at a gym. The gym life to me if for those who are already fit and want to build more mass and muscle.
