Well I have three days until my fitness test. I'm not going to lie, I am a little nervous about it. Mostly because I am a little out of shape and I should have stepped up and took care of it by working out and losing weight. I have kind of changed my diet and started to work out by running. Sure they're more I can do and I really need to do it and listen to my wife and her advise. If I did I wouldn't be where I'm at now. Lets step up and do better.
